Information about the cookies and similar technologies used by soyaviva.com, prepared in accordance with the Guide on the use of cookies of the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) and Article 22 of Act 34/2002 (LSSI-CE).
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small files that a website stores on your device (computer, phone or tablet) when you visit it. They allow the browser to be recognised, preferences to be remembered and, in some cases, information about browsing to be collected. In this policy, the term "cookies" also refers to other storage or tracking technologies that work in a similar way (web storage, pixels, fingerprinting, etc.) that may be used on the site.
2. What cookies do we use?
soyaviva.com is a simple, privacy-respecting site. We do not use analytics, advertising or profiling cookies. The only cookies that may be installed on your device come from the technical services we need to keep the site operational and secure:

3. Do we use analytics or advertising?
No. As at the date of the last update of this policy, soyaviva.com does not use:
- Analytics tools (we do not use Google Analytics, Hotjar, Plausible, Matomo or similar).
- Social media pixels (we do not use the Meta/Facebook, TikTok, X pixel, etc.).
- Advertising or retargeting cookies.
- Persistent personalisation cookies beyond the technical ones mentioned.
If in the future we decide to incorporate any of these tools, we will update this policy and will first request your consent by means of a cookie banner.
4. How can you manage or revoke your consent?
While we only use technical cookies, no settings banner will appear. If the site starts to use cookies that require consent (analytics, advertising or third parties with tracking), we will display a banner with three clearly visible options: Accept, Reject and Configure.

5. Acceptance, withdrawal of consent and time limits

6. Changes to the cookie policy
This policy may be updated when the cookies used on the site, the AEPD's criteria or the applicable legislation change. We recommend that you review it periodically. The date of the last update appears at the start of the document.
